If it doesn't, that's because you're not using Internet Explorer version 4 or better. ScaleMaster makes extensive use of DHTML to create an application-like site, and it needs IE's functionality to do this the way it does.

If you can't see a browser window called "ScaleMaster", then you need to find Explorer on your system; if you don't have it, it can be downloaded from MicroSoft for free. You may find that, as DHTML sites become more prevalent, it's useful to have it on your hard drive even if you prefer to use a different browser for everyday surfing.
